My experience in Fitness dates back to 2007. Before becoming a Fitness Trainer, I went through a Personal School of Life. I was fat without muscles, and I lost weight in the wrong way with cardio, extreme dieting, and I almost stopped eating. As a result, I had an Eating Disorder that led to me being thin with stretch marks and an unhealthy appearance without womanly curves and muscles

It took me years to study Biochemistry and understand how the body works to build the Body of My Dreams. Now I know exactly what to do to build beautiful lean muscles and reduce body fat percentage without diets, hunger
strikes, and exhausting workouts.
